Chris Rock or Dave Chappelle?
May 2, 2009 4:34 am ArtsWho do you think is funnier? There would have been a time when I said Chris Rock, but Dave Chappelle’s most recent stuff is super, super funny. I’m just having a hard time deciding now. I just saw the move Comedian (with Jerry Seinfeld and that horrible, horrible Orny Adams), and I remember that scene where Chris Rock is talking about going to see Bill Cosby and how he was still funny and he just walks out on stage no opener or anything and does two hours. My dad used to listen to Cosby’s stand-up tapes. I thought they were funny. I bought tickets to see Cosby later this month, mostly because of the way Chris Rock spoke aobut the show. Plus, Cosby is getting up there. I should see him while I still have the chance.
