I have been working for my parents company for many years now, and have been close to many of our customers.  So when I found out that a very loyal customer of ours had passed, I didn’t know what to do.  I knew it was the proper thing to send a card, but I couldn’t find the right sympathy wording.  I didn’t want to sound too unprofessional, but I didn’t want to appear cold.  I was able to look online for some helpful tips and I found some great ones that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to do the same as me.
