My wife and I were in an auto accident that was not our fault. Both of us were injured and the car was completely destroyed. I thought that our insurance company had a handle on the situation and that everything would work out fine. They called me the other day and told me that the car could be repaired instead of totaled out. I was in complete disagreement with that assessment and I told my agent I was going to get an independent auto appraiser to take a look. I don’t want to be driving a car that is not safe.
