You make an appointment with a company, and they will set a day and time for their driver to arrive to pick up your vehicle. When the driver arrives, the two of you together (or your authorized agent) will inspect your vehicle for any existing damage. You will be given a copy of the inspection report after you or your agent sign, and your vehicle will be loaded. The drivers for the Car Transport Companies haul as many as dozen cars or more in one trip, so it make take several days to a week for your vehicle to arrive at its destination. When it does, the driver and you or your agent will again make an inspection. Once both are satisfied that the inspection is accurate and have signed the papers, your car will be released and driven off of the truck.
