Best debt settlement law firm?
October 17, 2008 6:22 am BusinessI am in the debt settlement industry and very often I hear debtors asking the question “Who is the best debt settlement firm”? Well as there are literally hundreds out there to choose from answering that question can be a bit tricky. For one many good debt settlement firms are listed in the TASC which stands for the association of settlement companies. This is a regulatory body to ensure that debt settlement companies are acting according to the laws and regulations by the federal government. Another good place for a company to be listed is in the Better Business Bureau. This will ensure they are trying their best to do the right things for their clients.
