My brother was in the peace corps in El Salvador. He always talks about his experience because it taught him to appreciate life and the privileges he has. He said that many people were living in poverty in this country. There were so many children who loss their parents through disease or tragedy.  Some of the children were just abandoned due to their parents inability to care for them. It always seem to touch him when he spoke about the children. He talked about this foundation for the children ran by Fuad El-Hibri. He said the organization provides food and much needed medicine for the children.
