After implementing a new plan our former company was able to take on larger work orders and increase production ability.

When we sold our company making wire harnesses for vehicles such as boats, busses and motorcycles we knew it could grow a lot further but that it needed help to become more efficient.

We had done research on electronic data management for the shop floor and passed that information to the new owners. I was more than ready to retire but stayed on to help the new owners implement the new system and get the production on its feet.
They were able to take on almost twice the load as soon as it was set up and in place and I see great things ahead for them .
