Major retailers are reporting a minimum of a 25% sales increase since implementing a customer relationship management systems program into their business model. They have benn able to implement some of the strategies such as staging and planning a full blown marketing event to promote their luxury merchandise. That is amazing consider that our economy is lack luster and these reports are being reported toward the end of the summer. They claim that prior to their system overhaul they missed knowing their clientele intimately and what they really want or need. Once they were able to determine this, they were able to make the appropriate changes and turn their sales around.
