Starting a startup in DC
September 12, 2009 4:10 pm BusinessWith internet and communication giants and legends like AOL, Verizon, MCI, Verisign and more, Washington DC has been a hotbed for startups. Especially now with the price of land in Loudoun County dropping due to the housing crisis. Not only are full office buildings available and the rent cheaper than before, even just few offices within office buildings are available.
So you may check with a real estate broker or do some searching online and see what is available. Before you announce your company, be sure to register the company as an entity. Most people register entitites in Delaware. Next, is to buy to domain name for cheap with a Godaddy promo code. Craigslist is a great place to post job offerings as well as more established sites like Yahoo Jobs, Mashable, TechCrunch, etc. Best of luck starting your startup. Hope these few tips helped to get you started.

ou essentially make it seem so simple with the presentation but I locate this topic to be really something which I think I would by no means understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I’m looking forward for the next put up, I’ll try to obtain the hang of it!
