I am not interested in the different mortgages on the market. I have been buying real estate for some years now and I am most comfortable with FNB home loans. I do not want any surprises, I do not want to build or buy on future properties or locations. I am comfortable in the standard way you find a house, put in a offer and close the deal. I want my mortgage payments to remain the same over the life of the deal and I do not need to earn a fast buck. Going traditional is the safest use of my money.
