Always begin your exercise program with a gradual warm-up period for at least five minutes. The warm-up period helps to increase the circulation to the heart gradually. To day back pain is a major problem for certain people,and is caused due to strenuous job that makes the back muscles hard. Lower back muscles pain is experienced by certain people because supportive muscles along the spine will be involving some spasms. When the people attain the age of over 30 years, or if they are pregnant ,they may be suffering from back pain because they may be suffering from stress or from depression. Further the people who do not exercise and if they are overweight also may suffer from back2life back pain.These are not the only reasons for back pain, but some sort of infections and illness also may cause back pain.
