                      We have a large group of friends who all enjoy traveling. Our group tries to take one or two big trips each year. We like to take one trip in the summer and one winter trip. We used to caravan in several cars,but then one of our group discovered it was more economical for us to travel by motor coach. On one winter trip we ran into a huge snowstorm and as a result we were stranded in the montreal hotels. They were so gracious and accommodating to our entire group. What at first seemed to be a major inconvenience,turned out to be one of the best parts of that trip. We all had a great time while staying there.

I have had many a great time in some Holiday Cottages in Hampshire over the last twenty years.  Even when you’re in the peaceful back waters of the country and taking in the scenery and quiet place, you would still find a broad array of things that you can do.  There is still a lot to see in the British countryside, even though we have resided in holiday cottages for the last 20 years.  Every time we go on holiday it is different, the different colours of the countryside change with the seasons so a winter vacation feels so different to a autumn vacation, even though they are in the same area.

All their lives, my parents have talked about taking a world cruise. I thought it was just talk, but then I found out that they have been saving for their cruise for almost twenty years! They’re going to take their holiday as usual, staying in cheap hotels in Durban, but then they’re going to board the boat on the last day of the holiday. They expect to be gone for six months! I’m so happy to know that all of their talking was actually planning, and not just dreaming. It inspires me to save money for an amazing vacation with my husband once we retire.

I just took my wife and four children on a vacation dream, at least, that is what they called it! We went to Lake Tahoe and had the time of our lives. While shopping on the Internet for places to go I happened upon Tahoe vacation rentals and was intrigued. Being as we had never been this far west I thought we should give it a try. With the many summer fun things to do like boating, fishing, sea-doos, water skiing, and water tubing, we were kept plenty busy. Our vacation home let us feel like we were home, not at a hotel. It was fabulous!
