He says that with acai berry diet and these minimal changes in life, he is sure that we would live healthy. These tips include minnow changes like having the food on time, drinking at least 10 to 12 glasses of water every day and avoiding the oily food. The biggest change for me was to quit drinking alcohol and smoking. Though, I am trying hard on this, I guess it would take a long time for me to achieve this goal.
