Eating Healthy: Essential for Kids

Childhood is the period when the foundations of a strong and healthy body are laid. It’s the time of rapid growth and development. The bones, joints, brain and even eyes are still forming. Therefore eating healthy is paramount for kids. However, many have never had their palate conditioned to good food and good eating. They grew up with fast foods, power drinks, too much pop and way too much sweets. So now there is a bit of an uphill battle due to re-education, finally teaching them what a good diet consistes of. But if you lead, they will follow. Teach you child good eating habits and they’ll love you for it.
