Enjoying Your Step Aerobics Routine

Try adding a step aerobics routine as a method to maximize the calorie burning in your aerobic workout.  A normal Aerobic Routine is different from a step aerobic routine.  A Step Aerobics Routine is a concentrated low impact exercise, where the step is used to work the muscles of the lower body.  Step onto the platform solidly with your entire foot, and step down close behind the platform instead of lunging backwards.  It’s important to always do a warm-up and cool down with a step aerobics routine.  A step aerobics routine gets your heart rate up and tones your lower body for a good calorie burning exercise.

    That is a slick looking infographic, deserves to be in a physics textbook or something!
