Just so you know, not people actually know who Jason or his secrets are. In fact, I didn’t even know who the guy was until I stumbled across him on the internet on late night. I saw his advertisement for Jason Ferruggia muscle gaining secrets and I figured why not. So I bought the book and I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge that is literally jam-packed in there. I had to read it several times just to soak it all in. My favorite part was the meal guides, because with out a proper diet, you gains will be horribly slow.
