LOOSING That Extra Weight
May 22, 2009 7:56 am HealthIf you are anything like me, you have trouble loosing weight. It’s not that i have a difficult time sticking to a diet and exercise program, it is that I have gotten older. As I have aged, my metabolism is not as it used to be. As a solution to my little problem, I started using weight management pills to help me keep off those last few pounds. While I was concerned about the side effects of the pills, I conducted my own research on the pills as well as speaking to my family doctor who will monitor my progress while I am using the pills.
