Sleep Problem Help For Me?

There are some times that, when I can’t sleep at all, I become desperate to get some shut-eye. I sleep with two fans and an air conditioner so that the cold air can get me to sleep faster, but even this isn’t enough. Now I got a messed-up circadian rhythm or whatever it’s called, and when I do get some sleep, I get tired and sleepy just when the sun comes up, and I fall asleep until I wake up sometime between 12PM and 3PM. I think I need sleep problems help.
