What Friends Can Do For You
March 30, 2009 6:00 am HealthWhen someone is depressed, usually if that person wants to fight depression, he/she would want to go out with his/her friends. Friends are good in cheering people up especially if you are in a group that is composed of happy people. If you surround yourself with happy people, you are most likely to get infected by their happiness as well. Spending time with friends is a cure for depression for they will help you solve your problems and forget them by doing something fun and enjoyable. For instance, if you like watching movies, you can do it with them, plus you get to laugh with them too as they take away your depression.
