I just saw a friend of mine who I had not seen in a couple of years. She had never been all that thin and had struggled with her weight her entire life. It would go down and then back up again. So, I asked her what she did to lose the weight. She told me she had been eating better, exercising more and using broma cleanse to jump start her system a bit.
