When it comes to home ownership, I may not always know what is wrong, but I am smart enough to realize that things don’t have the efficiency they did last month.  I called up my handy man, and he knew right away what the problem was.  It turned out that the attic fan had failed, and that was why the air conditioning was blowing cold air constantly without having any real effect.  It took him less than an hour to fix it, and then everything was definitely feeling a whole lot better within just a short while after that.
