It is not always easy to let go of our ex girlfriends.  While we would like to think that we are men who emotionally strong, there are situations where remorse can’t be avoided.  This happens a lot after being dumped.  You can’t stop thinking about your ex and this makes it hard to move on with your life. There is no reason to be ashamed if you are still in love with your ex, but you do need to address the circumstances.  You must either work on forgetting about them or else try to patch things up.  By letting things simmer without direction you will only experience more heartache.
