My cousin used to live in Atlanta, Georgia.  My best friend and her husband also used to live there.  This is why I am in good hands when it comes to atlanta retail space.  I think this would be a great city to live in because there is a lot to do, great restaurants, and last time I was there, it seemed very clean.  I also like the weather since it never gets much below sixty even the winter.  I am starting to get a little tired of the long winters in the Northeast.  It would be nice to even have a vacation home here.
