When we decided to finish our two story garage, we decided that we wanted windows that were attractive, charming, and safe.

So we chose roof windows, which were top hung and had latches for easy escape in case of an emergency.

My husband and I chose large windows which were installed at an angle and flooded the garage apartment with light.

From the outside the windows beautiful frames added charm and beauty to the finished apartment.

In fact, we loved the room so much that, instead of renting it as planned, it became my husband’s study and he still does his best work in that light-filled space.
