Renting hardwood floor sanders makes sense

The Installation engineer had advised me to use Hardwood Floor Sanders in case I need to refinish my floor after a year or two. I paid heed to his advice and have procured a belt sander for the same. I am finding it too easy to use and it is very fast compared to hand sanding. The idea of hand sanding my hardwood floor gives me nightmares as I have seen people fumbling with sandpapers in their hand for days to finish sanding their floors. I suggest everyone with hardwood floor in their home to opt for floor sander without thinking any more, as it is also available on rent.
