Rochester NY Homes Hold Their Value
May 21, 2009 6:02 am HomeIn today’s rough real estate market most homes are rapidly declining in value making it very difficult for families to sell their house. The big bubble that over inflated many areas of the United States burst which forced people to watch their equity disappear seemingly overnight. This was not the case in every area, however, as the rochester ny homes have held their value for the most part. A big reason for this is they have not become over valued over the last decade like many other parts of the country. The values have just slowly increased to their current levels and have remained mostly stable during this downturn. Families have been able to sell their homes in the upstate New York area still which has kept the real estate market moving along faster than most other areas. This is a welcome sign and one reason that more and more people are migrating to Rochester.

I have seen this idea for a though on Twitter, but I did not dive into finding out what it was all about until today. Thanks for that information. I have decided to not only just take the challenge myself … starting today! … but also extend it to my district followers on my email conference web-site.
