Fat On Your Stomach?

It’s almost summer time, and many of you are probably considering going to the beach soon, wearing possibly skimpy little bathing suits, and hopefully attracting the opposite sex.  So, what does one need to do to tone up for the summer?  Stomach Fat is probably the #1 thing people dislike about their bodies.  You must cut back on total calories, while trying to burn calories as well.  Losing fat is as simple as buring more calories then you consume.  Exercise a few times per week, and try to eat a high fiber, high protein diet, that lacks fat, and too many carbs.  If you do this, you will be fitting into that bikini in no time.
