Tribal Tattoos

12:25 pm News

People of the ancient New Zealand called the Maori Tribe use tattoo on their faces and legs as part of their culture. Their tattoos are mostly spirals as a representation of their being excellent wood carvers. The tattoos on their faces called the Moko are used for individual identification. The Celtic tribal designs are said to be passed on by the Celtic Tribe as their form of artworks. Though it is now rare that you’ll find information about them it’s good to know that their form of art and music had survived and was passed on through the years. The most common tribal designs like the mythical figures, knots, abstract representation of faunas, knitted laces, and spirals are some of the Celtic artworks.
