How To Take That Jump To A New Level

4:58 pm Reference

As happy as my sister was being an LPN, after about ten years she was beginning to feel unsatisfied.  When she was talking to me about it, I asked her of her dissatisfaction was related to the fact that she was unable to affect change in her administration and organization.  She agreed; she wanted to create a better work place, and programs to promote successful health choices.  I suggested she look into lpn to rn programs that would give her the credentials that were needed for her to accomplish her goals.  Today, she is a nurse administrator, and enjoying the challenges and positive results the organization is achieving.
