I Spent Three Years Learning Spanish

4:35 am Reference

I enjoyed the time I took to learn Spanish. I was a liberal arts major in college, with a concentration in history. I was fascinated by the history of Spain, and decided that learning to speak Spanish was something I wanted to do. So, I buckled down and studied hard. I took a total of 30 college hours of Spanish, so I was pretty good at it when I graduated. I wondered at the time if learning Spanish would really be useful, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got a really great job mostly because I was bilingual. It was well worth it.
