I have been getting harassing phone calls, but I have no idea who is calling me or why. They never actually say anything, they just keep calling and hanging up over and over again. Would the phone company be able to do anything to help me stop this dialer? Could they figure out who is doing it and report them to the police? Or is this even illegal? How can I find out more about the phone harassment laws and what the phone company will do to help those suffering from phone harassment? Is there a good website to find out more about this?
