Have the Right Diet for Vertical Jump Training

There are really only two major rules for you to follow: eat foods high in protein and avoid all forms of junk food. High-protein foods are great for helping your muscles build back more muscle than you had before you work out. All forms of junk food will only hinder muscle growth because you cannot convert unhealthy food into muscles. If you can follow these rules when eating before and after your workout you should be more successful on your quest to a better vertical.
