I am, admittedly, a treasure hunting geek. I have, and love, a metal detector. Fortunately, I don’t love it as much as some of my treasure hunting bretheren, who are afflicted with such a case of treasure hunting lust that they sleep with their units. No, mine doesnot see much use these days, but that’s mainly because of the fact that I live where they’re illegal to use.

I still sometimes hunt for metal detectors info in order to see whether my machine measures up. I bought it in 1997, and it was the best on the market back then. Now it has taken a number of steps down, but it is still an excellent machine. Metal detecting is a lot of fun. Give it a whirl some time.
