It’s questionable whether or not everyone needs to use a registry cleaner.  Obviously, if you use a Mac then you have no need for one.  But if you’re using Windows then there’s a good chance that the older your present instance of Windows is then the more you’ll need a registry cleaner.  You can definitely tell if you need one by running a free scan that’s provided by most registry cleaners.
