An old mate of mine had just recently purchased a bar in Queenstown and he phoned me over the weekend to see if I could spare a week or so to go down there and help him out with setting it all up. I organized a car from car rental queenstown and booked my flights, I didn’t need to worry about a hotel as he has a huge house with plenty of spare rooms. After ten days we had pretty much everything sorted out from recruiting staff, the application for a license to finalizing which supplier to work with. I’m looking forward to the official opening next week.
